The apartment itself is spacious and well-lit, with strategically located lighting and numerous outlets. The bathrooms are comfortable, and the choice of carpet color is aesthetically pleasing. However, it's important to note that the apartment's location, while generally good, can be noisy due to frequent ambulance and emergency vehicle activity on the nearby avenue, along with occasional car acceleration sounds. The on-site fitness center is well-equipped and popular among residents, promoting a healthy lifestyle within the community. It's a positive feature that contributes to the overall well-being of residents. One aspect I would have appreciated is extended operating hours for the Clubhouse. Expectations not met

Communication has been poor, the amenities look like they will be nice, but most just opened. Can only use the lounge during business hours, which means never. Our place has so many issues due to poor finishing. Have no idea about when things open, how and when we can use. Have to ask to find out information.
