very happy here

My grandson Xavier and I have been here a year. We have had good relationships with maintenance and office staff. The only thing I do not like is that the USPS leaves packages at the office and we have to go pick them up, but that seems to be the process. I would recommend Emerald Lakes to friends.

noise

we used to have an anxious dog who would bark during the day and someone complained, we had to get rid of our dog or be evicted. now the lady below us has a dog and ibe complained multiple times and nothing has been done. her dog barks literally all hours of the night, all hours of the day. its actually constant. I dont sleep well ebcause I can hesr it clearly all throughout my apartment. I dont think its fair we had to get rid of our family member and she can keep hers when her dog barks way more than ours ever did.

Love living here

We have been hear 6 month at the end of the month. Love the apartment, cozy, clean, lots of room, arranged well. Love that it is nicely landscaped and well kept. Maintenance done quickly and staff is friendly. Office staff is friendly and always helpful. Parking never a problem I would recommend Emerald Lakes to others.
