Ashmore Trace apartments has constant water Leaks, mold, ants, the pool isnt opened long enough to enjoy through the week , Constant letters and changes. Maintenance in ,and out the apartment. Each apartment has to look identical like a military complex. Absolutely no exceptions on late rent , they will evict you immediately, regardless of your situation. Constant fees added to rent, blinds, lawn crew fee even though we barrowed the office weed eaters, all 4 broke and was smoking. Had it on video for proof is why only one side was cut. Come to find out every outlet in my dining room was miswired so thats why 2 vaccum cleaners and 4 weed eaters broke. I personally believe i should get that 350$ back. Rental late fees, 50$ fees because my 14yr old daughter at the time refused to leave the apt and go sit at the office. Took our chains off our doors, they was only thing that kept maintenance from coming in while we was asleep or in the shower. Took out the privacy bush that covered my front window. My apt faces the road so now i have zero privacy. Section 8 rent was 1133$ and market rent is 1667$ but My rent for 3month lease was raised to 1887$ plus pet fees of 40$ and utility fee of 35$ , i lost my section 8 because rental office lied on me claiming i refused to let the carpet men fix my carpet for section 8 inspection. Never received a phone call, come to find out they was calling my sons phone number, Hes only my emergency contact. My neighbors also had constant mold and leaks , they had to call the health department. I dont recommend these apartments at all. I spoke with a lady at the pool and she had ben here 3yrs, her rent went from 1500$ for a 3bedroom to 1887$, it's impossible to keep up on your rent, bills, food, gas, things for your kids and pets, when you dont have a set rent rate. Most people stay because there credit is to bad to move , and moving while trying to pay almost 2000$ in rent is impossible doing it alone. Townhouse is noise proof and big

If you are looking for a spacious one bedroom apartment with plenty of closet space, look no further than Ashmore Trace Apartments. The apartment has five closets, not including the closet in the kitchen that has hook ups for a washer and dryer. There is a roomy coat closet, a closet with several shelves for linens, towels, etc. In the hallway, there is also a huge closet for storing Christmas decorations, etc. The bedroom that can fit two full size beds with ease has two walk-in closets that are luxurious for a one bedroom apartment. Office and maintenance staff are professional, courteous, and put residents first. During the winter, Ashmore Trace Apartments takes great care of residents by plowing and salting sidewalks, etc. to keep everyone safe.

The one bedroom apartments at Ashmore Trace Apartments are GREAT. The bedroom is big enough for TWO full size beds and has two huge closets. There is also a large hall closet to store Christmas decorations in! There is also a closet that has a lot of space for linens and towels. The kitchen is laid out very well and has plenty of counter space, a bar area to sit two bar seats. There is a space in the kitchen to install a washer and dryer for the connivence of having a washer and dryer in your home. There are places to rent a washer and dryer. The maintenance crew does a stellar job of maintaining snow and ice in the winter. All around tope tier choice to live in the Greenwood, IN area.
