I’ve never been happier than while living here. The staff is very professional, helpful, prompt, and kind. Maintenance is immediate and well-done. The neighborhood is delightful and the neighbors are very courteous.

This community are excellent for every body with nice people around . Lot of parks and walking trials , reputed schools makes the environment friendly for kids and all age people .

We arrived on dec-2019 to Wenworth at Westclay, the apartments and the neighborhood are great, we have been very happy here, the price is a bit high but believe me, it is almost the standard in Carmel (excluding Arts District which is even higher) but here you can enjoy a very good standard of life. There are some bars, cafes, medical services, etc., we have access to three different swimming pools and gyms; and if you have children the best elementary and middle schools in Carmel (West Clay and Creekside) serves this area. The apartments are comfortable, though a bit average for the cost. I really don't like the kitchen furniture which is in wood and is very difficult to clean, besides the ventilation in the kitchen is not good, so when you cook all the apartment will smell to food. The maintenance service is fast but not so good in terms of quality, recently I requested to fix a drawer in the kitchen, it supposed that the guy fixed it but the next day I was damaged again. Another thing that has surprised me is that the lights are on 24x7, they could easily install timers and movement sensors and help the planet. Finally the mail boxes have room for improvement, they are very old and some locks are damaged. I definitely recommend this place to live.
