Your dog will enjoy walks on the Monon Trail and there are convenient waste stations throughout our community. However, because certain breeds may not thrive in a community environment, breed restrictions do apply. Please contact our office prior to applying for more detailed pet guidelines. All dogs must be under 25 lbs and at least 1 year old 2 Pet limit per apartment Only 1 dog per apartment is allowed Cats must be spayed or neutered (subject to an additional deposit if non-declawed) Pet rent is $20.00 monthly per pet and there is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $150 for the second pet.
