I thought we were going to llve this place, but all it has been is a problem and they dont care to make things right. When we first moved in theu didnt even have our apartment ready, we had no where else to go. We moved jn with black mold, holes in the wall, nicotine stains on the walls, scratches on all the door frames from old pets. I had to clean up after the old tenants which included a huge mess, It then took maintnance montsh to get some things done, but even then the jobs were not even completed. We are still living in an unfinished home: that now even has more black mold and more problems that they dont care to fix And even with our apatment not being ready for us or the contnued problems they have not contacted us to try and make things right!! If they were nice people they would let us out of pur lease as soon as we find a new place for our health and so they can get this aprtment fixed up properly for the next tenents

Don't fix problems, make open tickets as completed. Do not respond to emails. Do not answer calls. Price increases as value decreases. Additional charges added, such as water/sewage. Amenities taken from several properties. No upkeep on properties. Windows drafty, have to put plastic up each winter to save some heat.
