Apartment amenities fine. Laundry and Swimming Pool are greatly missed. Maintenance people are polite. My parking spot has a spot directly behind and perpendicular. I sometimes struggle with getting in and out of my soace because how ithers oark across from me, not enough room to turn the vehicle. Is the furnace supposed to heat the entire apartment? It didnt seem to produce heat, making me reliant on Baseboard heaters.

Everything is broken

This property has so many issues. The plumbing is a constant issue. Today i have black water pouring in from my cieling fan in the bathroom. My sink fills up from the drain when other people in the building have issues. The laundry room has been shut down for months. Not worth living here
