Id say dont live on the fjrst floor but other than that their amazing

rat poison was in the apartment without our knowledge and the cats got into it and have passed away. It is the worst kind of rat poison according to the vets because it does not have an antidote.

I have no issues with the apartment overall, only issue i have is maintenance, they take too long to repair or lacking communication. So i ended up doing minor repairs myself.
