I lived here for 4 years even starting my family here, but I was told I couldn’t renew due to my baby walking making noise. They are really strict about parking even when they are plenty of spaces. Be prepared for towing at your own expense for your guests; they have a great contract at the maximum state costs with local towing company.

Nice older two story building with full renovated apartments. Rent is very reasonable for the location. Downsides are parking is a little tight for the street side building, no central A/C (only one wall unit in living room), and only three each washing machines and dryers that break down every so often. Efficient, personable property management, storage spaces, and updates to the facilities are very prompt and continuously being addressed. No problem neighbors either for the exception of smokers (including marijuana users) but it can only be smelled in the hallways. Overall, very satisfied and love the layout of the apartment. I would not consider ever moving to a different apartment. Only reason why I would move to be to buy a house. The rent here is helping me save.

The management is supper helpful, nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend a family or friend to move in. My one wish is to have a washer and dryer inside my unit. Every time I go to the laundry room, it's either packed or another resident left their clothes in the washer or dryer for hours or its over loaded and its broken.

I love my building, and my Building Mgr. is excellent
