I have lived here for over two years now and I like it

This apartment is a great place to call home. I have lived here over 20 years and have almost no complaints. I recommend these low cost, and problem free units to anyone.

I live on the bottom floor. I have had nothing but issues with toilets overflowing, sinks backing up and water pouring down from the ceiling. Other than that major issue, it's not a bad place.

When the maintenance guy arrives, the more the problem became worse in our toilet bowl. Some maintenance guy are not knowledgeable enough to fix problems in the apartment. The cleaning lady in the apartment is doing a great job in cleaning the place. The previous management is very meticulous in making sure that the lower level don't have stuff in the main corridor. Now, it's been more than 4 months that they dump all the working materials and trash on the lower level. I was ashamed when my visitors came in to visit us and they saw a mountainous heavy equipments, buckets and even other tools that might cause accident for little kids. I was expecting a better and beautiful place since there's a new management... but was very disappointed with the new one. I thought they will make the lower level attractive by putting couches but instead, they dump tools and make it storage openly. I made a request about different hall lights for 2x now... and until now it's not fixed.

I have lived here for a grand total of two days and my apartment is constantly flooding with sewerage! This is disgusting and I will definitely not stand for it! I will be retaining and attorney to help me deal with this ridiculousness! I have to throw away so much of my stuff! I require immediate satisfaction or I will sue to recover damages. So much of property is now soaked with sewerage!
