We are disappointed with the apartment and the constant reminder of the rules. We have gotten several e-mails about the parking rules and the constant notice that "YOU WILL GET TOWED!!", although we see a van sitting here with no sticker, one side all smashed, and a license sticker that expired 19 months ago. This van is moved from one spot to another every 3 weeks or so, and has never left the parking lot.
