Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, Boxer, Dalmatian, and St Bernard Documentation from a veterinarian stating breed, weight, and vaccination records is required. Photo of animal is required. Owner is responsible for picking up after their animal; violators can be fined up to $100 per occurrence. Cats and Dogs are the only animals permitted on the premises. Any unregistered animals discovered may result in a fine of up to $500. Guest animals are not permitted on the premises. Exotic animals are prohibited.

I love this place and the staff is wonderful, but I am frustrated when the pool isn’t working.

Too much favoritism with tenants and management. Management does not take tenants equally. Management needs to learn to be professional and not make friends with tenants in giving special treatment to tenants they become close friends with.
