Great complex
I've been living here for 2 years now. My overall experience has been great. I have a nice apartment, nice neighbors, the location is great, amenities are great, staff has been wonderful, and maintenance has always been there if anything happens. I would recommend living here for anyone looking to live in Palatine.
Actually very good!
We just moved here a few months ago from across the country. We were hoping the place was nice but never got to visit before we signed the lease. I couldn't be more relieved with Clover Ridge. The staff is wonderful, extremely helpful, and organized. The area is perfect for dogs with plenty of paths along the ponds. Our apartment is great, it has everything we could need and we pay a reasonable rent. Overall, we are extremely happy here and can't wait to make new memories here as a family.
A Wonderful Community
All of the staff and maintenance have been very welcoming since we first moved in. And as Summer starts to show itself, so do all of the amenities! It's been great have the pool nearby, you can feel the happiness coming from other residents enjoying it... just before I decide to get out there myself for a dip!
