Overall not cheap upgrades on renovated units. Office staff isn’t really very kind. Maintenance around building and sidewalks all hazardous. Our sidewalk has been torn up and no concrete laid for two months. Overall, for what I pay I’m not impressed with the upkeep of the complex at all. I’ll Be on my third year simply because I hate moving and it’s difficult with young children. However, will not stay long term.

New Owners have ruined the place

This was a great place to live under the old owners. Once the new ownership took over literally everything went downhill. It's also just becoming too expensive to live here. The remodels are a joke and not worth the price at all.

Been here 8 years going on 9. In my opinion this place has gone down hill. So many things have been taken away. And new rules (according to the lease terms) seem to only apply to certain people - not everyone. Parking is out of control and there has been no patrolling of parking lots in months. There are broken cars in lot, cars that don't belong, etc. and yet here they are taking up space where the people who live here have a hard time parking in front of their home. People from 2-3 buildings aways parking in lots other than theirs. Staff is not very knowledgeable when it comes to answering questions and they play pass the buck. I really don't know what to make of this.
