Instead of raising the rent again this year, how about you all start upgrading these units so the price will fit the unit! I have a crappy paint job, loose floor boards, a chipped toilet cover(since I moved in), repairs to the walls in the basement, new appliances, and the list goes on. The taxes for this building is achieved within 3 to 5 months, so the rest of the year is profit. Let's share some of that profit and make your buildings better and not just to satisfy a failed inspection.

Good morning, i think its about time to upgrade these apartments before you do another rent increase. We have chipped tiles, worn out floors, out dated appliances, thin walls, old paint jobs that needs to be completely re-done, and IN UNIT WASHERS! Start upgrading the units before another rent increase!!!

It would be great if the untis had washer/dryer in the units. I don't use the dishwasher and a washer/dryer combo would fit perfectly there. Also there should be a annual strip and paint in each unit. Because the paint job that was done on my unit was done very sloppy. They just added new paint on top of old paint causing the walls and window ledge to have paint bubbles. Also an update on cabinets and appliances would help justify rent increases.

A bit noisey, its roght next to a hospital so you hear the ambulance quite often. Parking is tight, if you can park well there shouldn’t be an issue with getting into your space. The area is very cute, lots of families and not far from downtown oak park which is adorable. Area seems generally safe, there’s occasionally people that I see wandering around, but never had any bad encounters. Usually just asking for a cigarette or something of that sort.

Apartment is ok but is in need of a upgrade. Would be nice if the apartment had a in unit washer and dryer, need to up date the refrigerator and stove, and the blinds need to be changed
