I love living at Oak Park Apartments. The maintenance team is prompt and does a great job, and the staff are always friendly, professional, and very helpful. Overall, it has been a comfortable and pleasant place to live.

I lived at Oak Park apartments located at 138 N Humphrey Ave for seven years. A nice place to rent.

Its nice overall however, some part of the place, I can hear neighbors upstairs walking as if the floor isnt insultated enough. The offstreet parking in the alleyway can some days be full of people driving in opposite directions in that tight alley way space making it tough to manuever out of there. However, Greenplan management are the absolute best! They respond to Tenant needs with quick accuracy! Thats my favorite part about living here! Greenplan, you are the best!

The apartments are in a quiet but active neighborhood. The laundry is a bit away from where I'm located so it's not fun to do laundry. With parking, it can be hit or miss on the street. You do have to have two different parking permits to park on the street which can be costly. It's a good apartment though.

Great place to live. Location is in a fairly quiet and safe area. Street parking can be a challenge at times. Building maintenance is great. They do a good job of taking care of the property and addressing the few issues I had as a tenant. Contacting property management is not only easy and convenient but they're extremely professional and friendly.
