I'm hardly home. For the most it's peaceful. Parking is a hassle and inconvenience. I can hear nearby train at night. Prices have continued to increase yearly. Soon it will not be sustainable. Building is not completely secure. Packages are frequently stolen. Property prohibits use of cameras so you have to either pay an additional fee for po box or have them shipped somewhere else. So although I like the esthetic of my little apartment it has it's disadvantages

I have moved in recently and been living here for a couple weeks. I am very please with everything besides the parking situation as this must be obtained through the city

I really value the family-friendly atmosphere of my apartment. My neighbors are kind and respectful, and even though I’m on a business street, the noise is surprisingly low. I also appreciate the staff—they’re always helpful and quick to assist whenever needed.

This has been a wonderful place to stay, great customer service with my management staff. Been here 17 years!!

Over priced considerably especially since it's on a busy street and the parking is almost non existence. There is no parking on either side of the street due to time constraints. In addition to you not being allowed to park on the side streets due to zoning, so you can't even purchase a permit for the side parking, leaving you to walk 3 to 4 blocks which is not safe. Also the kitchen is tiny.
