Solid apartment

The apartment is a solid place. The unit is well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. It is incredibly noisy however due to the highway within sight from the windows. Staff is ok, not bad but not great either. Had a few issues with lack of responsiveness or action to certain issues.

Living in Oak Park

I have struggled to get the main office to answer their phone when I've called several times. Aside from that, maintenance has been great. I did get a ticket for parking even though I pay for the quarterly fee, so I'm not sure why that happened.

Fastest response to maintenance requests.

The apartment was clean and in good condition when I moved in. The building is in good shape and the management company is very responsive to all requests.
