I've lived here only for a month but I've had a great experience with the staff and maintenance team. They have always been so helpful. Also, the building is well taken care of, clean and in order. I've lived so peacefully here.

Clean, accessible, will need to pay for street parking, Close to highway so easy access but can get noisy with windows open and a bit polluted in the mornings

Very nice apartment. Laundry is available for the the most part. Walkable to a few stores and restaurants on Oak Park Ave and Harrison. Also, right next to public transpo.

Have been with the Company for 9 years. Staff are courteous and professional. Maintenance issues are handled promptly.

Great location, right around a good street in OP. A tad but loud with the highway & train but you get used to it.

I have been renting from you all for about 5 years. For the most part, the experience has been good outside of rising rent prices every year by almost a 100 most of the time and has had some issues with one of your staff members who is a female with an attitude. She is the one when you call management, I think she primarily answers the phone. I have not had any problems from her in a while, but I have had experience with her attitude in the past where I have made a compliant. Regarding Maintenace, they do a pretty good job, but I also believe some of the jobs are just covered up without doing the necessary work to avoid calling about the same problem. For example, my sink was coming apart from the wall and one of the maintenance guys just put some type of glue on there to hold it against the wall, but it looks sloppy and the tub, I was told would get replastered by that has not happened yet. So those are what some of my concerns look like but overall, it's not too bad of a place to live. Just need some updating for the prices you all charge for rent.
