Euclid Avenue

I have lived here for over a year and this building, the staff, maintenance, location, parking, everything is great and very affordable!

I've lived here for a few months now and I've come to fall in love with the community amenities and the kind people in the area. This apartment location is perfect because it's a short drive to downtown Chicago, but it's far enough to escape the sounds of a bustling city. The apartment is quite spacious for the price paid.

I've lived in this building for 16 years so far and quite happy with the building. It's a neat vintage building with some charming vestiges from the past. The property management and maintenance staff has always been responsive, the property is well-maintained inside and out, and happy with the ongoing renovations (such as new windows and appliances). It's also a well-heated building, with decent water pressure, and spacious storage basement. I'm glad that smoking is prohibited and the neighbors are also friendly and peaceful.

I love this apartment! Great location with street parking, Very nice staff, everything is clean, they leave little gifts on holidays, they are very responsive, pretty much the only thing I don’t like is that I don’t have a dishwasher but that’s not their fault.

My husband and I have lived at this location for about 13 years and we like very much our apartment. The building management is professional and always available if a problem arises. The property is always well maintained !

Quiet (unless your room is alley adjacent), safe, good sized apartments for price, very warm in winter, VERY close to restaurants, bars, shopping
