Nice for starters

I really love my building and my neighborhood. It’s family friendly, and is nearby the train and the highway which is ideal. The worst thing about the location is that there’s a huge quarterly charge for parking, and the parking laws are ambiguous and the leasing agency doesn’t explain that ahead of time. Also if your unit is near the alley, horns will honk at all times of the day. All in all, my unit is beautiful and clean the issues I had upon move-in I was able to fix myself. Based off of the lease, getting maintenance to come by could cost you, so I’d try and figure it out yourself before calling them. There are cute little features that look original, and it seems like the owners care about that charm which is lovely!
