Very nice. Rent needs to be lower. For seniors it is’t y u for us on a fixed. Every thing for apartment parking storage for utilite ever littlle a thing they charge. People that work here are very friendly and know there jobs

Extraordinary people here - managers, staff, residents. Excellent amenities, including clubhouse room, fitness center, relaxation room, and lobby. Surprisingly peaceful and quiet given central location. Walking distance to Metra station, Lilacia Park, many good restaurants and shops. Sense of community as well as solitude.

For the vale, it is worth taking a look at. It is a newer building, clean, and well maintained. Look at a unit facing the courtyard for some semblance of quiet. Additional parking can be a challenge.

We have only been here for about a month, but so far we are loving it. We have an infant, and everyone we run into is so friendly and understanding. Our only complaint is the barking situation with the dogs, but we know that cannot be helped. The environment is clean, modern, and feels extremely safe.

Great place to live! Very nice building overall and the apartment is great. Brand new appliances. Valet trash service is awesome. Staff is very friendly. I drive a full size truck so the parking garage is a little tight. Great location near downtown Lombard and the train station.
