Loving it here!

We have only been here for about a month, but so far we are loving it. We have an infant, and everyone we run into is so friendly and understanding. Our only complaint is the barking situation with the dogs, but we know that cannot be helped. The environment is clean, modern, and feels extremely safe.

Great place to live! Very nice building overall and the apartment is great. Brand new appliances. Valet trash service is awesome. Staff is very friendly. I drive a full size truck so the parking garage is a little tight. Great location near downtown Lombard and the train station.

Beautiful Community

This is my first apartment I’ve ever moved to. I started my lease in July and I am beyond happy with my experience here. The staff here are really kind and knowledgeable and made my move so easy and seamless. Kari and Autumn are absolutely amazing! The amenities and perks to living here are absolutely amazing. From the Relaxation Room, 24/7 Fitness Center, and stunning amenity deck….I never want to leave :) As someone who works in the city, I love how close the train station is. And btw, the train is not that loud! My unit is facing the train tracks on parkside, and as long as my balcony door is closed, the sound does not bother me at all and I can sleep through it. I also really appreciate how clean every square inch of the building is, and the pleasant smell everywhere you walk is….amazing! Feels like you are in a resort. Highly Recommend for anyone to apply here. ??

It's A Good Place to Live

It's a new establishment so it is quite comfortable, and the base rent is relatively fair compared to the rest of the area. There are monthly events held for residents which is nice, and the amenities such as the small gym, fire pit, common area, and coffee machine are definitely a plus. The parking fee, pet fee, and other add-on fees are a bit much though, and can increase the overall monthly rent if you're not careful.

I have lived here since the building opened. Cost of rent is fair considering market value and location/amenities. Staff are generally helpful and kind. Garage parking is a nice perk. Proximity to the train is excellent for commuters, but the train is also very loud.
