We Love It Here

We've been here for 4 months and we love it! My only complaint is that my upstairs neighbors are heavy walkers and can be noisy at times, but it has been addressed with them and management. Other than that, the leasing staff and maintenance staff have been great! And we love that management puts together cute little events/activities that allow for us to get to know our neighbors and have a real community feeling!

Very Affordable Well managed Complex

The staff was attentive to details, which means to me that it is a well-managed property. Being new, it is a very updated and modern building that shows very well. Amenity desk is very spacious and has many places to enjoy the outdoors, If you have a dog as I do the pet run is very nice to have as well.

City amenities in suburban atmosphere

I moved into Lilac Station as soon as the building opened. The apartment complex offers high-quality, modern amenities in a residential suburban setting. The Lombard train station and downtown area are across the street, which is convenient. The apartment complex is relatively loud at night due to proximity to the train, fire station, and police station. Staff are committed to making improvements and fixing problems as they crop up. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Rent is average to expensive compared to market for the area. Overall, I would recommend this building to commuters or people who want access to the city while living in the suburbs.
