Not happy spouse don't want to move raised rent by more than200 dollars but no updates to the property carpeting hasn't been clean since 2015

Im happy, wish the lights stayed on longer in the hallway its pretty dark. Nice neighbors. Trash area could be cleaned up better. Landscaping is maintained very nicely. Always doing upkeep, that's nice.
