I have lived at the Monroe for over 3 years and have witnessed 1 management change. Living at any location presents challenges but there have been very few living here. The staff has been responsive to needs and very kind in interaction. The grounds are clean and very well kept and all in all, being here has been a very pleasant living experience.

We were hesitant at first, well mostly me, but after moving in and having the experience of having our own place, I'll say, I don't regret this decision. I've been living for barely a week but for far, I like this place. The noise level is not even a factor of how quiet it is. We've been here for a week, and we're thinking of upgrading to a bigger apartment after our lease is up next year. The room is really clean and well kept. No issues there, and for the price, I'm not complaining. The parking is good, big enough and lots of spaces to park. Also, our dog loves the place, this place being pet friendly and that's something we struggled looking in apartments, but here, they all everything we needed it. Overall, a great experience.
