Rent increases with no unit upgrade, and the residents on flr 1 & 2 blast there music , someone called the police to get the music turned off. the residents will drop trash on the floor and leave it there, one day the they let the dog take a dump and left it in the hallway. The cleaning person has to be challenged when they clean the building, the residents should care about where they live. The neighbor next to me, whenever I go into the kitchen to cook, they start slamming the cabinet drawers. it's a bit much, and I have considered moving.
