The building is tidy and the neighbors who live here are really nice and quiet. The building engineer here is the best, he always comes to fix something if he's called, very nice and a helpful man. I have no complaints. The only issue is that it is quite loud given it's so close to Dempster street and also it gets quite warm in the summer. Unless the noise is not an issue for you then this building would be great. One disadvantage is that they don't have a space for bicycles unfortunately and the basement has very steep stairs, so if you want to store the bike you need to carry it everyday on these steep steps, which might not be a problem for a fit person, but for elderly or not such a strong person it might be.
