Pros: i. Tenants are peaceful, never heard any sort of noise / chaos. ii. Staffs are responsive. Maintenance team actively solves different issues. iii. Great location! Nearby metro and bus stations, grocery stores, restaurants, downtown etc. iv. Beautiful premise v. Easy to use paid laundry service Cons: i. The rent is a bit high compared to the overall size of the apartments ii. Doesn't have lift, so carrying luggage. furniture etc. are difficult iii. The wooden floor makes too much annoying, creaky sound iv. Some things might need some fixing, i.e., window cracks, floor cracks, door cracks v. Doesn't have air-conditioner, gets warmer during summer vi. There is no lock in the bedroom / toilet doors
