A Nightmare of A Company

Second year leasing with them, and you'd think it'd be easier. But same problems still persist with subletting and you'd still face a bunch of incompetent people who seem cannot work together to resolve simple problems -- not even sure if they even talk to one another despite a long chain of emails and long lists of cc. Not to mention, they still owed me money for some reparation for their fragile wall that they never bothered to recheck. Makes you wonder where the increased rent money goes! Avoid at all cost, seriously. There are many better and more responsive renters out there. Building engineer is *the* only redeemable aspect of this renter.

everything painted over in white paint, probably multiple layers over the years; painted over mold too. cannot control heat. maintenance takes forever and maintenance person is not helpful because they never know anything.

I have lived here for more than 6 months without any problem. The location is very convenient for Northwestern university and Evanston downtown/shopping areas.

good location

It’s the good location, at the downtown of Evanston. I can walk to northwestern university in 15mins. It’s also convenient to whole food and target by foot. But, one thing bother me a lot. That is the packages were always lost! I cannot buy any thing online, because everything will be lost.
