This apartment is great. It's in a fantastic location, very close to the target, wholefoods, traderjoes, UPS, milk tea shops, and the purple line. The studio gets plenty of natural light and has a relative spacious layout with good amenities. The price for the studio, around $1200, is quite reasonable, especially considering it's only a 12-minute walk to NU. The maintenance staff is very helpful and responsive.

I've been a resident of this apartment for two years since it's so convenient for work, play, and everyday life. Everything, including schools, bus stations, stores, and restaurants, can be reached on foot within ten minutes of the residences. Insist that the new comers do so that they may have a cozy lifestyle.
