Nice location, well-maintained property, and convenient parking options. However, my experience with management and noise levels has been very disappointing. The manager is courteous during the leasing process but becomes dismissive afterward, often speaking in a condescending manner and directing tenants to find information on their own rather than providing assistance. Noise is a significant issue, particularly on floors below the top level. There is minimal sound insulation, so footsteps from upstairs units are constantly audible, along with conversations, music, and gatherings from neighboring apartments. Additionally, there are several policies that are not clearly communicated upfront. For example, tenants are asked about lease renewal just two months after moving in, and if no decision is made, the unit may be listed online. I strongly recommend reviewing the lease carefully before signing to ensure you are comfortable with all terms.

Maintainence does the absolute bare minimum, their solution to every problem is to throw some white paint over it, landlord is shady when it comes to housing assistance and also offers the bare minimum in terms of their communication and service, outrageous parking fee which is why the parking lot is completely empty at nearly all times

I have been living at my property for almost a month now and things have gone pretty smoothly. Maintenance has come once we call and request (have had to make a couple requests once about getting the right key). The main issue I have is the laundry being so far out of unit. Other than that, the apartment is worth the rent that we pay for it. The carpet appeared to be really clean when we moved in and everything worked for the most part minus a couple of lights. Also, the locks to our unit and to the building itself are quite old and have to be tampered with sometimes to be opened.

We rent these apartments from September to August of each year and we fill up quickly in the first quarter of each year. Apartments features include new appliances, dishwashers, granite countertops, and hardwood floors. We offer limited outside wait list parking at $90.00 per month, but make sure to call early to reserve your spot! This location is an easy 4-block walk to Northwestern University. There is NU Shuttle Bus service at the corner of the property. 1/2 block from Evanston Civic Center. A 2-block walk to the local golf course.
