Good apartment and nice location bla bla

Lived here for 2 years. Maintenance staff were super nice and responsive. Value was decent, my rent was a little pricey for sure but not bad for the unit and not bad for evanston. Newly remodeled appliances, very clean and spacious unit. I would say it was a decent experience.

This apartment was definitely affordable for a student, spacious enough, and had good maintenance request response time. I had a good time living here over all! The only negatives experiences that I had were that we had a mouse problem for a few months that was persistent. Although once maintenance found and blocked up the correct hole it was resolved. Additionally, I feel that ventilation within the apartment isn't good; it's always quite dusty. My last gripe was that the kitchen floor and bathroom floor weren't properly cleaned before we moved in despite the fact that the apartment was supposed to have been cleaned beforehand. I think they have to be bleached or something.

Nice apartments, but landlords are bad at communicating and frequently change their minds about the services they will provide. I still very much enjoy living here though. Great student apartments.

I have loved living here at the property on Sherman. It is in a great location, close to the Northwestern University and has a ton of food options within a 5 minute walk. I have appreciated the responsiveness from maintenance whenever an issue has arose. My apartment is spacious and a affordable price for the area.

There are a lot of issues, and when I put in a maintenance request, it takes forever for it to be responded to. All the plumbing in the building is connected, so when one apartment has a problem, it spreads to all of them.
