In need of a remodel

Been living here for 1 year. There's this unexplainable dust that always accumulates. Heating from a radiator that only turns on when it's like 30º outside and doesn't turn off until the room is 150º. The floor creaks like crazy. The doors don't work (literally). The door knobs are coming apart.
