I have lived here for the last 8 months and I find this place to be really comfortable. These are old building so obviously, the conditions are not like new apartments, but it certainly is value for money.

A lot can be improved greatly

While the location of the apartments is in a tranquil neighbourhood, the amenities are something which can be better. We expected the apartments to be clean and the facilities to be functional, but nothing on those front were met. Adding to this, we still have many unattended requests. This experience can be better!

Budget friendly apartments in a good neighbourhood

I have been staying here for over a month now. The place is in a good location with stores like Target, Starbucks, etc within a mile. The place is good for the budget, however, I feel it needs a little maintenance and refurbishing.
