The building is not maintained very well. Staff is usually rude and unresponsive. I am just glad that it is cheaper than other places. Moving out soon.

I have lived here for the last 8 months and I find this place to be really comfortable. These are old building so obviously, the conditions are not like new apartments, but it certainly is value for money.

While the location of the apartments is in a tranquil neighbourhood, the amenities are something which can be better. We expected the apartments to be clean and the facilities to be functional, but nothing on those front were met. Adding to this, we still have many unattended requests. This experience can be better!
