My experience living in a swartz owned property has been wonderful. Even when I fell Behind on rent I was given an opportunity to catch up. I would recommend swartz to anyone.

Nice apartments, but...

I've lived in these apartments off and on for over ten years and there aren't many better apartments in Decatur. However, there has been an influx of neighbors who don't really care about following any semblance of rules or decency. Leaving broken queso bottles in the middle of the hallway for two weeks and having their guests park in spots that aren't designated for their apartment (sometimes taking multiple spots).

Poorly ran and disorganized

Overall, the experience has been just okay. I am disappointed on the lack of organization in the office, and I feel that it is poorly ran.
