Baker woods

Good quiet place to live. Great neighborhood. They only give you 1 parking spot and expect you to pay $20 a month for a covered spot. Maintenance is pretty bad. Ive been out if a dishwasher for 3 months after being told multiple times theyre coming to replace it. Overall though its a pretty good place to live for the money.

Good buildings, bad parking

Good place to live but they expect you to pay $25 extra a month if you want more than 1 assigned parking spot. There are 11 covered parking spots for each building but you're not allowed to park in them unless you pay $25 a month per spot. So they are renting 2-3 bedroom townhouses with room for 1-6 people easily and giving you 1 parking spot and expecting you to pay for more. I've never seen anything like it in other similar complexes.

Main thing I have issues with is not knowing if and when maintenance has been there or coming.
