The complex is nice but the inside not modern

I’ve lived here with my kids for about 5 years now and the rent has gone up a few times over the years. We don’t have assigned parking which makes it inconvenient for those who come home later than some people and be able to park close to our building. There should be some type of restriction where others ahould park on their side of the lot and their side only. And there really should be a 2nd washer/dryer on the 2nd floor of the buildings so others don’t have to necessarily wait for others to do their laundry when needed. Last but not least there should be something added to the apartments if the rent continues to go up (i.e. an additional half bathroom in the master bedroom, 3rd air conditioner). But otherwise, I like the apartment and I love the area because it’s quiet, close to stores, school district, etc.

Forest Hills apartments have a great value for their location. The surrounding area is very safe and walkable within a few blocks from a train station. The community is kind and quiet and the maintenance staff and landlord are all responsive. Apartments all have of tons of storage space, with multiple large closets and a storage unit in the buliding's basement. My favorite part is the big balcony!
