My significant other lives here, there has been multiple times where the Livly app (A key fob app) has not worked and has resulted in me ( a single young female) stuck outside the building alone at night. They only allow one Key fob or a $25 spare one. Their elevator has not been working multiple times as well despite countless updates from Management that it is up and running. All of the tenants comments and concerns on these issues are deleted by Management on the app and not resolved.
