Great Spot

I've renewed my lease a few times because I love my apartment so much. The building amenities are so-so, but the apartments' themselves are great (dishwasher, central air, laundry machines, etc.). Parking is fantastic--covered for the icy months here in Chicago. Maintenance can be spotty, but there's ample follow-up from the leasing company. All in all, a great experience.

Fair Bang for Your Buck

I am a fan of the location with being walkable to public transportation and the lake, it's not the safest area but there's enough security for the building to feel safe in there. I wish for the monthly rent price we had more amenities, such as a rooftop patio with grills since that's not allowed on our decks, or an exercise room, as examples. Overall, the public areas are clean, neighbors respect the quiet hours generally, and the storage space is surprisingly good.
