I've been living in these apartment since June, and overall, I'm very happy with it. I really like the location and the apartment itself. The courtyard is a nice feature, and there's a BBQ area that's great for gatherings. The neighbors are decent. While there are a few small issues, it's nothing major. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

Here are some bullet points about my thoughts at Sonu Digs Positives: - Good Location - Basically comes furnished Negatives: - Not made for noisy people. walls are paper thin. seems impossible to host a party or play music without getting a noise complaint - Management is unresponsive. Calls are usually never answered and emails are replied days later. Was lucky I had family that held my spare key fob nearby otherwise I would've been locked out my apartment for a week since thats how long it took for an email reply. - Expensive for the quality given

Relatively new building. Nice views on the western side. Well-maintained, consistently working elevators, car park area for loading/unloading. Reasonable amenities, and a safe neighborhood. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Caviet, price per sq foot.
