I've lived here for the last couple of months, and I have no complaints! The apartment was move-in ready and very clean. I appreciate the cleaning and maintenance staff for their hard work and friendliness. I love it here!

The building is noisy. They don’t put any sound barrier when they lay the laminate wood flooring. If you have a large neighbor with a large dog living above you, it can be quite loud.

So the washing machines are broken yet again and I just pulled my soaking wet clothes out of the broken washer for the second time in the last month. I log into the Residents portal to report the machines down yet again the I am force to write a review before I can get to the maintenence request. Not thought out very well.
