Awesome!

I have really enjoyed living here! The staff is super attentive, friendly, kind and always timely with any maintenance needs or questions I have. My neighbors are lovely and friendly. My only issue is the laundry room- there are not enough machines for the whole building so there is usually a crowd and/or line of people waiting to use them. Also the laundry machines break down because they are older and over used, so at times I have to do the same load of laundry a second time for it to get cleaned. The gym is perfect for my needs here, residents are polite and stick to gym rules, and everything else is great! I am lucky to live here and have such a pleasant experience! Thanks for doing a great job!

Happy with my apartment :)

I love the location of my apartment! It's a 10 minute walk to the Sheridan and Addison trains, 5 minutes or less from the buses. My street has a lovely neighborhood, residential vibe with all of these trees, but I can easily walk to tons of restaurants and shops in any direction. Lastly, the lake shore path is so close by as well. My unit is absolutely lovely as well :) No complaints. And the on-site maintenance is super responsive whenever I have an issue. The only downside is the noise. The walls are quite thin so I can hear everything that's going on outside of the building and what's going on in my neighbors' units.
