I have only lived here for a month, but all of my maintenance requests have been taken care of in a timely fashion, the staff is nice, and everything seems relatively clean and taken care of. I do wish that there weren't so many issues that needed taken care of when I first moved in, however (fridge was broken, radiator wouldn't close making the apartment extremely hot, lock falling off the door). The place has the classic "landlord special" where 3 coats of paint are covering everything, including the lock on the bathroom door, but to be fair I've never rented anywhere that didn't have that. I do wish the package system was a little more secure, you really do just have to trust the people you live with not to steal your stuff. All that being said, I do like living here, I feel safe, and I absolutely love the location.
