great place
I've enjoyed living at JeffJack for ~1.5 years. It's a nice building with good amenities and easy parking. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. There is some street noise but not too disruptive

I have lived in JeffJack for almost a year now. The staff is very friendly and the building is always very clean, it always smells great!
Good Place to Live
Lived here for 18 months. Apartment is overall really nice. Maintenance is nice and super responsive, some of the front door staff are REALLY nice (Katya is amazing!!) while on the other hand some look like they hate their life. You'll say hi to them and they'll just look at you?? Walls are thin and there is a fire station close by so it can be a bit noisy, but not to the point where its ever overly bothered me. Gym, Pool, entire 15th floor is really nice as well.
