Campus Court

I'm a new resident at the Campus Court property and I am enjoying my new home. Tanya is the property manager and she has been very helpful and professional, easing my anxiety with the moving process. She is very thorough with communicating information and updates. Though she's been at this location for a brief period, her care to the tenants' concerns, knowledge and consistent follow ups, makes it seem as if she's been at this site forever! The maintenance staff is also friendly, professional and timely with meeting requests. I would definitely recommend Campus Court to anyone looking to find a new place to call home. The apartments are nice and the location is an added bonus. Tanya and the staff will not disappoint.

Great local staff, lousy corporate

Love the local staff but the corporate offices are lousy.

Great Location, Good Value

This apartment is in a great location; it is within walking distance to everything you could possibly need in Hyde Park. The units while small are larger than most in Hyde Park and the natural hard wood floors are a plus for cleaning purposes especially since it is a pet friendly building. Management is professional, yet friendly, and responsive. Common areas are always clean and entry is protected by a secure wrought iron gate.
