Nothing ever works

Nothing ever works and none of the residents pick up after themselves in the grilling area and dog run. Gym is outdated and needs an upgrade. Pool didnt work for a month and hot tub hasnt worked all year. Its like what are we paying for? Definitely overpriced for nothing ever working. Place has such great potential if management/ownership actually cared

Newcity has been my favorite place to live. From the interior, to the staff, spacious unit, to all the accessible restaurants and shopping, it truly has it all.! Born and raised here in Chicago so I can truly compare it to several downtown places i have lived in. 10/10

Everything you need less than 500 steps away

NewCity is the ideal luxury apartment building to live in given the views, safety, and convenience. I have lived in this building for 7.5 years, and my stunning view of the entire city skyline and Lake Michigan have not, and never will lose its novelty. (My balcony is literally the best seat in the entire city for the Air and Water Show!) The Halsted bus picks me up directly outside of my door, the Redline is a 3 minute walk, and there is a 2-story Mariano's attached to the building... no need to be subjected Mother Nature's treats to grab a gallon of milk.
