Since living here we have had to advocate for ourselves, clean broken glass outside on the steps of our building, reach out to college aged neighbors to turn down the volume of bass speakers playing at 12am on a week night. The entire apartment will not get over 70 degrees unless you blast the heat on at 78 degrees.

You need to vet and IMPLEMENT strict punshiment for tenants in certain buildings. Dogs should not be allowed or if they are, there needs to be STRICT punshiment for feces left of the premises.

Beautiful building in a great location. Property managers are quick to respond. Love it here!

The apartment itself is so beautiful. Being over 100 years old only adds to the beauty it held since first built. The apartment has been well kept over the years and has so much potential to lay it out how you best see fit! With the only issue being that some of the light fixtures dont work, this place is perfect for family and friends to gather and share great memories! I should alao add how this apartment is in great walking distance to the redline and there are many great places to explore near by! So happy that i get to live here :)

Its so perfect I love it so much, I love my neighbors and I love the lighting that we get in the plafe.

I live in the cross section or Lake View and Wrigleyville and its the best location in the best neighborhood. Quiet streets , quiet neighborhood, but very close to all the great action in boystown and Wrigleyville.
