I've been at this apt for almost 5 years now and it keeps making me happier. When I first moved I was drawn by the location and closeness to everything (nightlife, restaurants, public transit, the lake, etc..) but as time has gone by I have stayed because of the care that management has. They're always working on something new, I got to see the walkway and entrances being renovated and it just makes me happy everytime I walk through. There is always a project they're taking on to make the place better. The communication is great and I like their community engagement.

The location of the building is unbeatable. The street is super quiet. The neighbors are friendly and no one is noisy or nosy. Very LGBTIQ+ friendly crowd all around the apartment complex. The maintenance has always been very helpful and they have also been very understanding and accommodating. It is a walk-in apartment so amenities is not what one should look for. My personal preference is LOTS OF SPACE - and that's what this apartment offers.

I've been living in this building for over 10 years. While it doesn't have the amenities that a lot of other buildings have, its charming with great service from the building manager. If you are looking for the charm of an old building, hard wood floors, crown molding etc, this is the place. It's also an UNBELIEVABLE value for the Lakeview neighborhood.
