I love living here and for the most part it is great. My main issues are the noise and the radiator. The radiator is completely out of our control and leaves the apartment too hot or freezing at time, not always but when it happens it is frustrating. For noise, we live right next to the workshop so there can be a lot of noise and slamming doors. Furthermore, there is a dog above us (not sure what unit) that barks for almost an hour straight at time. It is very disturbing and usually when we are trying to sleep or get work done. Other than that, the value and location of the unit is great and the super is very nice and responsive.

I love the location! The building is conveniently located near the lakefront trail, plus Mariano’s, Trader Joe’s, and Dom’s are right nearby. The radiator’s are always cozy in the winter. The extra storage units in the basement are amazing, it fits my extra camping gear and more!
