Overall I think this is a decent place to live. Emmanual is awesome and is always a very nice guy. Only thing is that the units are a bit overpriced for their size

I moved in not even 2 months ago and I'm very happy I did. The building is recently renovated and Supera did a wonderful job with all of the details as they do in all their other properties. The finishes are modern, the units are beautiful, and the amenities for the size of the building are outstanding! Manny, the building manager, is wonderful at keeping the building up and clean and is also very responsive with communication. Fantastic location right off the brown line and in the center of everything -- grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, shopping, and even beauty services! I love supporting the small businesses around here. It has been a seamless experience.

1650 W. Roscoe is a place where you can call it home. The cozy corridors offer a modern style with charming touches from its orignal build. The management is highly responsive & very friendly! The location is perfect for those who want to have easy access to downtwon, or to explore this cute neighborhood with fantastic fod & shopping! One thing to note is you can hear everything that is happening outside clearly. The windows dont seem to be insulated that well to help cancel or dull down the city noises.
