Great Place to Live!

I have lived here for almost a year now and I plan to resign my lease. I love the location and the building. It is close to my gym, the bus stops and train stations. It is a 20 minute walk to Wrigley Field and a 10 minute walk to the lake. I love the updated appliances and it is the perfect sized space for just myself. The laundry room, mailroom and trash are in convenient locations. Maintenance is always quick to address any requests. I would highly recommend considering this building if you are looking for an affordable studio.

Can Use Some Improvements

I moved here in the winter 2023 and while everything is renovated, some keys issues need to be addressed. My radiator was never fixed all winter and windows a re very drafty. Also dont stay on the ground kevel very noisy.

Pretty Good

I like my unit and the upgrades. I don't like the yearly rent increases.
