Ideal space

This space has a lot of up side to it. It's easy to clean and offers great ways to Accessorize due to the simplified layout. It's in a great location that boost a wonderful and exciting nightlife filled with bars and restaurants. As well as a bunch of grocery stores gyms etc. It's truly a spectacular space to live in.

Short-Term Cozy Apartment

It has been a great first apartment in the city. Great location, on a quiet side street, with lots to do on Broadway. It is very small, so be prepared to get creative and lighten your load of belongings. If you were content in a dorm room, you will be here too. "kitchen" is smaaaalll. The sink is a bar sink, doing dishes is a nightmare. I recommend doing them right away so that you don't fill up the sink because then it's impossible to wash without spattering water everywhere. Good stove/oven. I put a butchers block over the stove for "counter space", but it is a hassle moving everything when I want to cook. I also got a small kitchen cart for storage and to use as a drying rack. The only spot for it was in front of my fridge so now, I cannot open the door all the way... oh well. The air quality/ventilation Is not great, one of my biggest problems. Maintenance has been receptive to my issues so far. I am going to contact them about the insulation around my windows, they are constantly wet in the winter time (could result in mold). I would invest in an air purifier/ dehumidifier. My room is cozy and simple (bed, desk, bookshelf, show rack, small tv stand, propped up mirror). Closet space can be plentiful if you get creative with using height to your advantage. I got risers for my bed, so I have a lot of storage under there. I will not resign my lease because I am looking for a bigger space with a more functional kitchen. But it was a good apartment for this area in my price range at the time.
